The Topic Groups Teams comprise groupings of professional planning staff from the constituent Authorities and the Joint Committee's Core Team, brought together to provide detailed technical data collection and analyses of various stratgic planning issues. These Teams provide the Authorities with an essential vehicle for their joint technical work, upon which long-term Strategy and Policy development is based.
